AGM Minutes, Term Newsletters, News, Questionnaire results and more.
The P&C is an opportunity in which parents can actively participate in the school community with the aim of ultimately enriching our children's educational experiences.
This is a group of interested parents and community members who help in the organisation of fundraising events, operate the uniform shop, have input into the school budget and put forward ideas which make Beaumont Hills Public school the great place it is. The P&C collaboratively supported the installation of Interactive Whiteboards (IWB's) and Air Conditioning in every class room.
The parent role is an essential part of school life and The Parents and Citizens Association aims to successfully work together with the school to enhance student learning and foster a strong sense of community. The desire to achieve the best outcomes for all is enhanced by the opportunity to foster caring and cooperative relationships with teachers, staff, students and other parents. Furthermore we aim to provide a comfortable environment where ideas, people and discussions are valued and respected.
We are incorporated under the Federation of Parents and Citizens' Association of NSW which provides a governing constitution as well as access to valuable resources, legal advice and insurance information. We extend a warm invitation to anyone who would like to attend our Association meetings which are held on the second Monday of the month at 7pm in the Staff room.
You can find the dates on the calendar on the school website.
We are an important fundraising body and funds have contributed to the acquisition of many wonderful assets for students and teachers across the whole school including air conditioning in every class room. The Parents and Citizens Association at Beaumont Hills Public School successfully run the uniform shop and volunteers are always welcome.
